Giving Back to Holyoke Community College

We are proud to support the college that helped launch our journey and inspired our innovation.

Our Commitment

At the heart of our mission is the belief that businesses should give back to the communities that help nurture innovation and learning. We are proud to pledge 5% of our annual profits to Holyoke Community College. These donations ensures that future students have access to the resources, guidance, and opportunities that helped us take our first steps in software development. By dedicating a portion of our success to HCC, we aim to create a lasting impact that extends beyond our business and directly benefits aspiring students.

Origins at HCC

The initial development of our controller software began right at Holyoke Community College. The college provided an environment that enabled our team to collaborate and access to technology that allowed us to experiment, learn, and refine our ideas. Our hardwork in creating a flexible Media Controller laid the foundation for what would allow us to develop a commercially viable software-as-a-service configurator. HCC was the launchpad that sparked our passion for creating practical tools that make technology more accessible and effective.

The Command Product

Building on the foundation developed at HCC, we created the Off-the-Shelf Command product independently. OTS Command was designed to simplify programming, streamline workflows, and make it easier for users to take full advantage of controller technology. While the initial software was developed in an academic environment, OTS Command represents a practical, real-world application created to meet the needs of professionals and hobbyists alike. By contributing back to HCC, we honor the college that helped launch our journey and support the next generation of innovators who will continue to push the boundaries of technology.

We believe in paying it forward. By supporting Holyoke Community College, we hope to inspire and empower future students to achieve their dreams.
